Then sliced with the amazing @ioshenknives Suraisu before serving with some @abelandcole jersey royal parmentier potatoes and homemade whiskey and peppercorn sauce 😋 .....

Finalising kitchen plans with @humphreymunson especially on appliances. We’ve currently pencilled in four @gaggenauofficial ovens, two combi steam, two pyrolytic on a separate run of the kitchen for ultimate precision cooking and baking but debating a @lacancheuk on the other side for character/rustic cooking. Fully electric as we’re totally eco here. Does anyone have any experiences or knowledge? Would love to hear opinions ( 📸 taken from HM Felsted showroom).....
